Privacy Policy

Unlucky Party (the "Service") handles as little personal information as possible. This policy is effective from October 8, 2026.

1. No accounts

The Service has no sign-up or login and does not ask for your name, phone number or email address.

2. Information we process

  • Nickname: you enter it when joining a room. It is shown to other players in that room, kept only in server memory, and deleted when the room ends (at most 10 minutes after the last player leaves).
  • Stake text: if the host enters one, it is shown only in that room and deleted with it.
  • Browser storage: a temporary reconnection identifier, your nickname, language and sound setting are stored only in your browser (localStorage). We don’t keep them on our servers, and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
  • Access logs: for operation and security, our servers or hosting provider may briefly record technical data such as IP address and access time.

3. Advertising and cookies

The Service shows ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies is explained at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com, and opt out of other vendors’ personalized ads at www.aboutads.info.

Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first through a Google-certified consent management platform.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for the advertising cookies above and requests required by law.

5. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Your choices

You can change your nickname when you rejoin a room, and clear browser storage in your browser settings. For anything else, contact us below.
